At Guleya Fashion, we strive to provide our customers with quality women's ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted for eligible cases involving a wrong or defective product received by the customer, subject to verification and approval by our team.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size. Customers who require a different size may request an exchange under our Exchange Policy.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The customer must provide the order number and relevant evidence of the issue.
- The return request must be approved by our team before the parcel is sent back.
Mandatory Parcel-Unboxing Video
For claims involving a wrong, damaged or defective product, customers must provide a complete, uninterrupted and unedited parcel-unboxing video.
The video must clearly show:
- The original parcel in its sealed condition before opening.
- The original seal being broken or cut.
- The entire process of opening the parcel.
- The product being removed from the package.
- The product received and any visible defect, damage or incorrect item.
The video must not contain cuts, edits or missing sections that prevent verification of the unboxing process.
Claims submitted without the required video may be difficult to verify and may not qualify for a return, refund or replacement, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers should retain the original packaging until their claim has been reviewed.
How to Request a Return
- Email contact.guleya@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Mention your order number and reason for return.
- Attach the complete parcel-unboxing video and clear photographs or videos of the issue.
- Wait for our team to review your request and confirm approval.
- Once approved, courier the product to our office address listed below.
- Include a note inside the parcel with your order number, name and contact details.
Please do not send the product back before receiving approval from our team.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the courier charges for sending the product to our office, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered for approved returns involving eligible wrong or defective products.
Refund Process
Once your return parcel reaches our office:
- Our team will inspect the returned product and verify the claim.
- If the return is approved following inspection, we will initiate the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever supported, or through another mutually agreed payment method.
- We aim to initiate the refund within 10 business days after receiving and successfully inspecting the returned product.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
If a returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions, our team will inform you of the reason and explain the available next steps.
Original shipping or other charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and consumer protection laws.
3. Exchange Policy
Guleya Fashion offers product exchanges, subject to eligibility, quality inspection and stock availability.
Customers wishing to change the size or exchange an eligible product must send the original product to our office. Once the parcel is received and the product passes inspection, we will arrange to dispatch the replacement.
Exchange Eligibility Conditions
- The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The exchange must be approved by our customer support team before the product is sent.
- The requested replacement size or product must be available in stock.
- The returned product must pass our quality inspection.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email contact.guleya@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.
- Wait for confirmation from our team.
- Courier the original product to our office address.
- Place a piece of paper inside the parcel mentioning your order number, full name, contact details and the exact size you want in exchange.
- Share the courier tracking details with us after dispatching the parcel.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will arrange to dispatch the replacement, subject to approval and availability.
Customers must pack the product securely and retain their courier receipt until the exchange is completed.
Exchange Delivery Charges
A delivery charge of ₹150 is payable by the customer at the time of delivery of the replacement product.
The customer must also pay the courier charges for sending the original product to our office.
We do not provide reverse pickup as part of our standard exchange process. Customers must arrange the courier themselves.
If the Requested Size Is Unavailable
If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.
Any refund or alternative resolution will be handled in accordance with the agreed resolution and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange request may be rejected if:
- The product has been worn, used, washed or altered.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The product has been damaged due to customer use or handling.
- The request is made outside the applicable 3-day window.
- The product is sent back without prior approval.
- The required information or evidence needed to verify a claim is not provided.
- The requested replacement size or product is unavailable.
These conditions do not restrict any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, email contact.guleya@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include the following information:
- Order number.
- Complete parcel-unboxing video showing the original seal being opened.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Our team will review the evidence and inform you of the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will arrange an eligible return, refund or replacement in accordance with this policy.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by emailing contact.guleya@gmail.com with their order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through our standard process.
If Guleya Fashion is unable to fulfil an order due to product unavailability or another issue on our side, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount paid, where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
7. Return and Exchange Address

8. Product Colour and Appearance
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and photography.
Minor variations in colour appearance due to these factors do not automatically qualify a product for return or exchange. However, a significantly incorrect product or a product that materially differs from its description will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
